English version
The services to the person (SAP) experience an important development. They are bringing opportunities of employment and self-employment for the public seeking for social and occupational integration.
But the quality of these employments rests on the innovative and structuring devices that the professionals of the accompaniment are in capacity to set up in relation with the local and institutional actors. COOPSAP, national network, aims at developing “co-operatives dedicated to the services to the person, including a stage of test”. COOPSAP works on modelling procedures and tools for the engineering and the animation of these specific co-operatives. COOPSAP develops actions of information about the concept within the network of the incubators like near public actors (elected officials and technicians) and private organizations (associative networks,…). COOPSAP accompanies the development of “co-operatives dedicated to SAP including a stage of test”.
The first site development is the cooperative “CDE-SAP” in Marseille.
This initiative is supported by the French National Agency for lifestyle and home care services, (ANSP) and the European Union.
